*Free delivery does not apply to sewing machines and other high-value / high-weight items. If you have added a sewing machine to your order the delivery charge will be £24.95 for insured courier delivery. This is free for machines or combined orders over £1000. If you would like to collect your machine in person let us know and we will deduct all delivery charges.

Your billing address and delivery address MUST be the same, unless by direct contact (call or email), you advise us prior to dispatch of an alternative destination address. Please also be aware that we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom unless by an agreed direct and special arrangement, where any international shipment charges will be calculated and charged in addition. As per our Terms of Sale, any deliveries made outside of the United Kingdom are made DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) where the purchaser is responsible for paying any and all import taxes, duties and additional charges to the carrier (or appointed representative) on delivery.
